Double Vision

Since I began knitting, I've always admired sock knitters. Truth be told, four years ago, I could not fathom why anyone would spend money on sock yarn, never mind mentioning the insane amount of time I imagined it would take to work with such teeny tiny needles. Boy ... was I ever wrong!

At the urging of my terrific SIL, we took a magic loop class together. Thank you brilliant Maria , as that class was the catalyst for an entirely new knitting obsession for me. Shortly after, I discovered the amazing Melissa, who is the brilliant author of 2-at-a-time-socks. The book is wonderful, filled with terrific patterns and step-by-step instructions.

I have just casted on for Emily's Socks today. They say that imitation is the most sincere form of flattery ! ; )

P.S. It's Summer after all ... what flavor are you?
